I bought the Dead Man Walking soundtrack yesterday, and Eddie Vedder does that song 'Long Road' with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. I've been thinking, what the hell happened to Pearl Jam? They were so fucking good back in the day. Vitalogy kicked so much ass. It's a damn shame.
If you get Vedder's soundtrack to Into The Wild, you won't be disappointed. Very folk-ish, almost protest music from the old Dylan era. Loved it.
Vitalogy was a great album. I thought Yield was really good too. No Code was crap, Binaural decent...after that it all fizzled. Now I just look for their live stuff as they've at least become better musicians over the years...and Vedder's voice has improved.
Fourth one down is The Smalls, old Alberta-based band that kicked so much ass, but sadly disappeared.

Seriously, no Elvis. What?! Come on.
Ha ha ha...Elvis. Didn't he lip sync or something?
